Sapphire and Tropic Lime fringe make this playful dress hard to take your eyes off of! A seriously low back is highlighted by a fanny wrap that is heavily stoned in sapphire and peridot Swarovski stones. These stones were also used to make beautiful appliques that move gracefully over the left shoulder where sapphire fringe is draped to create more movement and dimension. Matching wristbands come with this great dress!
