This sassy little Latin number is made from black slinky, so it has lots of movement. To add some weight to the ruffles, we edged them in a bright fuchsia ribbon. The drape off of the shoulder exposes a fuchsia stoned bra and the back is concealed with a nude mesh that is stoned in a tone-on-tone. Arm bands and a choker stoned in the fuchsia finish this little dress off and believe me it takes very little effort to make this dress "rock the house."
