On occassion, we find a beautiful piece of fabric to work with and this red roses on a mesh background is one of those occassions! This gown does not need a lot of embellishing. This is when less is more! The asymetrical topline is elegant and classic. We chose to bind the neckline in a matching dark red stretch satin. The right sleeve is a soft bell and is made from the same chiffon as the American Smooth skirt. One wristband was made with a soft float dangling from it and it is made from the rose fabric. Our stoning is tone-on-tone and covers the underlying mesh. If you have gone back to doing the traditional skirt work in your Smooth dances, this is the perfect skirt for you!
