A beautiful shade of dark royal blue slinky and matching mesh were used for the background of a fabulous stone design which was designed as a tribute to the beautiful peacock. These feather like designs are made from Blue Zircon, Blue Zircon AB, Citrine, Capri and AB Swarovski crystals. The flounce at the hemline is heavily stoned in AB stones and there is just no way that you won't out shine everyone on the floor in this dress. The best part about these feathers- they won't break!
