Black double mesh is the fabric used to create this off the hip style of dressing. We topped the skirt with long black fringe, about 20", and then did long pieces of fringe from the top. Belts and connections of stones, created from black jet and volcano pull this piece together. Believe me, when you walk on the floor and the lights hit this fabulous gown, the cameras will flash and your action will be enhanced by the movement of the fringe! This is an unforgettable dress!
