Who can resist polka dots, especially when they are stoned with Swarovski crystals? This fun polka dot fabric has been used for a feisty little Salsa type skirt and each layer is edged in tropic lime and stoned tone-on-tone. How hot is that? Not hot enough...we had to add a cute bra top in tropic lime and fringed for movement while stoning the banding at the top of the bra in jonquil to match the edges of the skirt. Put on your wristbands and some big hoops and go rock the house!
