Cotton Candy describes this soft-flowing American Smooth gown shown with baby tuffs of feathers throughout the skirt and boas of ostrich feathers around the bottom. This gown is adorned wtih handpainted lace appliques decorated with AB Swarovski crystals and tiny pearls. It is finished with 3/4 length gauntlets. It can be easily turned into a Standard gown by adding a float.
