Cobalt blue slinky is accented with a print fabric that is circles of pink, teal, emerald and blue, again underneath the flirty skirt and in the flounce on the sleeves. The circle motiff was carried forward into the asymetrical design on the gown, using Swarovski stones to create circles in aquamarine, fuchsia, sapphire and blue zircon. This is such a fun dress that you can't help but "rock the house."
