The idea of an American Smooth gown is to be beautiful from every view and this dress fits the bill. Optic white milli is the fabric and has black peated godets just over the right knee for a touch of drama. The jet and crystal stones create an Art Deco design across the body of the gown, both front and back. A drop dead gorgeous low back is very dramatic compared to the high neck view of the front. Talk about a power dress...here it is!
