Do you remember decoupage'? This fabric will remind you of those wonderful times. A dark silver, almost pewter in color, over black mesh creates an interesting texture of fabric draped over a black mesh bodysuit. Our art department got wild and added Lt. Siam appliques twisting up and around the bodice of this dress and created a little bit of Asian flair. Swarovski hematie, black diamond and jet stones were also used throughout the dress. You're going to be impressed when you see this one on the floor!
