Black glitter slinky is topped off with a nude mesh to give the illusion of bare shoulders. Black beaded fringe is used at the hemline and at the wrists plus it is attached along the neckline where the mesh meets the slinky. AB embellished appliques accent the neckline and the sleeves. This could easily work as a Country-Western ensemble!
